Job Title: Chief Structural Designer

This role involves leading a team of structural engineers and coordinating with consultants to deliver high-quality engineering designs within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage structural projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversight preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and materials.
