Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to provide structural analysis and design expertise for commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include leading and documenting seismic design of new and existing structures, including peer reviews and checks.

  • Develop and coordinate 2D/3D models and drawings (Revit, CAD) for concept, detailed design, and construction documentation.
  • Utilize modular framing systems for secondary structures, selecting and detailing standard welded sections to optimize fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct value engineering on existing and proposed designs to improve constructability, reduce cost and programme risk, and maintain performance.
  • Perform structural analysis and design for commercial buildings.
  • Lead and document seismic design of new and existing structures, including peer reviews and checks.
