The Role

As an Intern – Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

  • Support the Founder in driving business growth, marketing efforts, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide our direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Based in Delhi NCR (Gurugram office) and ready to work in person.
  • Current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication—clear, sharp, and confident.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
  • Passionate about wellness and consumer brands.
