About the Role

This position involves overseeing and managing HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance, payroll processing, performance evaluation, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Developing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administering payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement to support organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
