**Job Title:** Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
The successful candidate will have expertise in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, and US Process, as well as International BPO Operations Non-Voice Process. They will be responsible for leading and managing internal delivery teams to review incidents, problems, and operations issues impacting clients.
The role requires strong leadership skills, including talent management, client services, business growth, problem-solving, and project management. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage staffing levels and priorities to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Inventory Management: Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in both client management and people management.
- Client Services: Oversee the daily operations of each client team to ensure client satisfaction and manage email, phone or in-person interactions with clients to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Business Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth by supporting business development functions effectively in acquiring new clients and developing existing clients.
- Problem Solving: Resolve high-impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root cause and executing necessary changes while communicating effectively.
