Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our import/export business expansion. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the import/export market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
