Drive Growth Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead the expansion of our drives and motion control solutions. This role involves developing strategic plans to increase market reach, identifying new opportunities for growth, and establishing competitive positioning.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial automation, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and motor control systems. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, collaborating with sales teams to meet quotas, and monitoring industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and partners. They will provide expert-level guidance on drives and VFD applications, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value delivery.
Additional responsibilities include providing actionable business intelligence reports, conducting competitor analysis, and staying informed about emerging technologies and market developments.
