Senior Manager Business Development Position

This role is pivotal in ensuring the company achieves its annual revenue targets through strategic business development efforts.

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets, thereby driving business growth and expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to pursue them, capitalizing on market trends and industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 12-14 years of experience in business development, preferably in an events/digital/marketing agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong sales mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • A good understanding of BTL marketing and experience working with events/digital/lead generation agencies, with a keen eye for innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • A full-time MBA or PGDM in Marketing or related disciplines, with a focus on strategic management and business leadership.
