About the Role

As a Business Growth Leader, you will play a pivotal part in propelling our sales team forward. Your key objective will be to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Owning and growing our customer base by identifying and resolving current bottlenecks in customer adoption
  • Leading a high-performance sales team to achieve maximum revenue through onboarding of Chartered Accountants, Accountants, and Tax Practitioners
  • Customer Acquisition, generating referrals from influencers, accelerating market penetration, and delivering results-driven outcomes
  • Scaling customer acquisition through building and leading a results-driven sales team
  • Developing and executing scalable sales strategies, territory plans, and onboarding frameworks
  • Identifying bottlenecks and market challenges, solving them with speed and agility, and unlocking new channels and growth levers
  • Leveraging analytics to make informed decisions and track conversion funnels
