As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities within the Unified Communication domain. Your responsibilities will include building trusted client partnerships, understanding their business requirements, and providing tailored solutions to help them overcome critical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for assigned product portfolios, recognizing high-potential customers and building long-term alliances to drive revenue expansion.

Customer Engagement & Solutioning:

Understand and analyze client needs to determine the best solution fit, creating compelling business propositions and leading technical discussions with clients alongside the technical architect team.

Revenue & Pipeline Management:

Drive pipeline growth and deliver revenue targets through proactive business development efforts, leading client negotiations and managing deal progression to ensure seamless closure by aligning cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Enterprise sales experience in technology services.
  • Experience working with telecom, hardware, software, applications, or cloud services in an account management capacity.
Desired Skill Set:
  • Proven ability to combine business acumen with technology knowledge to align customer challenges with technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including relationship building, negotiation, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
