- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Prior experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or business development is highly valued but not required.
