As a seasoned insurance professional, you will excel in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Needs Analysis and Client Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop customized insurance strategies to meet clients' evolving needs
- Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients
- Policy Placement and Management: Secure policies with top insurers, manage renewals, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Claims Management: Assist clients with claims documentation, negotiation, and settlement, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and guidelines related to insurance broking and government contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate, MBA preferred for advanced business acumen
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance industry, preferably in a senior role
- Proven ability to connect with top-level management or decision makers to drive revenue growth
- Individual and team-based revenue generation experience
- Strong team handling skills to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives
- Comprehensive knowledge of Non-Employee benefits (Non EB) products
