Job Role:
A Senior Sales Professional is required to drive the sales of insurance products through various channels.
This role involves assessing clients' needs and providing suitable recommendations, explaining policies and coverage options clearly, and assisting with the application process. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of insurance products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and sell insurance products to clients through various channels.
- Provide expertise in insurance solutions and assist clients in choosing appropriate insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Sales Performance:
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to drive the sales of insurance products.
- Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Client Engagement:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and effectively.
- Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
