Life Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads through field visits, cold calling, and other marketing activities. You will also conduct customer meetings to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Your goal will be to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in field sales, particularly in life insurance or related sectors. You should also have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, willing to travel extensively, and able to work independently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems are also essential.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory, and IRDAI certification is preferred but not required. Prior experience in insurance sales, agency, or banca channels will be highly valued.
