Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Service Executive. The Sales and Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service through various communication channels, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes identifying potential sales opportunities, generating leads, and facilitating B2B transactions. Additionally, the Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and report on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
- Sales, lead generation, and B2B transaction facilitation skills
- Market research and trend monitoring skills
- Digital marketing and sales strategy development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the e-commerce or B2B industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
