About Territory Sales Managers Role:
- We are seeking a skilled sales professional to work as a Territory Sales Manager, focusing on achieving revenue growth in their assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and be able to develop strategic plans to grow key accounts.
- This role involves working closely with surgeons in operating theatres for joint replacement surgeries, planning regular visits to key customers and KOLs, and exploring new business opportunities.
- The Territory Sales Manager will also monitor competitor activity, plan and execute tender-related sales, and manage channel partners to ensure timely receivables.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting inventory accuracy and collaborating with the marketing team to plan promotional activities.
- They will represent the company at conferences, CME events, and trade exhibitions, promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted sales revenue in assigned territory.
- Growing and sustaining Key Accounts.
- Assisting surgeons in OT for joint replacement surgeries.
- Plan regular visits to Key Accounts and KOL's and plan strategies to explore new business prospects.
- Monitoring competitor's activities in assigned territory.
- Plan and execute tender related sales by deciding on pricing and products related to tender specifications.
- Execution of orders through Channel partners and timely receivables to the organization.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting of inventory.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with marketing team.
- Represent company in conferences, CME and trade exhibitions.
