We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution sales efforts.

About the Role:
  • A seasoned sales expert with extensive experience in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent enterprise applications is required.
  • 5+ years face-to-face selling experience - deep expertise in Microsoft product suite, including D365, PowerApps, and Business Central is necessary.
Responsibilities:
  1. Motivated and proactive professionals will be responsible for creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
  2. Credible sales professionals must be able to sell to technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
  3. Passionate individuals will think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
  4. Sales teams must have a demonstrated ability to hunt new business opportunities.
  5. Ability to build and foster strong customer relationships in existing customer base is crucial.
  6. A strong customer-centric approach and ability to network across a complex organization is necessary.
  7. Skills in managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales), forecasting precisely, and identifying challenges to positive commercial outcomes are required.
  8. Developing and executing a sales strategy in designated territories and working with both vendor and Industry teams to execute is key.
  9. Conducting customer meetings, serving as trusted advisors by understanding a customer's existing and future digital transformation roadmap and driving the sales is essential.
  10. Strong networking skills and industry experience are necessary.
  11. Ability to drive new business and get engaged with lead generation is critical.
  12. Liaising with solution consultants to drive correct business outcomes is important.
  13. A desire to be involved in a rapidly growing business and take a leadership role in helping it thrive is beneficial.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on Microsoft sales and ERP solutions and Business Applications is required.
  2. Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations) is necessary.
  3. An independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality is ideal.
  4. The ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions is essential.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial.
  7. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
  8. Prior consulting services sales experience is required, and an understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications preferred (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations).
  9. Must be available to work US EST hours.
