About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Microsoft 365 expert to manage and support our cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to platform usage.
  • Develop user guides and create documentation to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Implement security, compliance, and data loss prevention policies.
  • Manage access controls and monitor service health.
  • Generate reports on platform performance and adoption metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft certifications such as: MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant M365 environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
