About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while also ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Sales Professionals: Develop and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while also ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Track Record in Sales Leadership: A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Sales Experience: A strong background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes, tactics, and tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • General Insurance Industry Experience: Experience in the general insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Insurance Certification: Insurance certification at an Associate level, such as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
