Business Development Lead - Revenue Growth

In this key leadership position, you will drive revenue growth and business development for our media solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding your team as we continue to grow.

This role requires a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong sales acumen and ability to think creatively. You will lead by example, closing high-value deals and innovating sales strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue targets for media sales, branded content, sponsorships, and marketing solutions.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with C-suite executives (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Leaders).
  • Develop and execute an aggressive B2B sales strategy to bring in high-value clients.
  • Innovate new monetization models to grow media, events, and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships. You should have a proven track record of closing high-value deals with CMOs, marketing heads, and business leaders. Strong consultative selling skills, creative thinking, and exceptional storytelling abilities are essential for this role.
