We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team. As a Senior Business Development and Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for securing high-value business deals with corporates and brands, independently managing and growing key client accounts, and taking ownership of account P&Ls.
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
- Target decision-makers in various sectors.
- Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
- Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
- Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
- Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
Client AcquisitionTarget decision-makers in various sectors.
Relationship ManagementBuild long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
Proposal & Pitch LeadershipCreate winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
Market IntelligenceStay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing, a strong corporate network, and excellent sales skills. They will also have technical knowledge of event production, costing & budgeting, and familiarity with event planning tools/software.
