Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the business needs of clients and delivering exceptional customer experience.

This role involves acquiring new customers for business banking, developing relationships with branch banking teams, and collaborating with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To acquire new business banking customers through a thorough understanding of credit assessment and market trends.
  • To build strong relationships with branch banking teams and leverage synergies to optimize business outcomes.
  • To develop and implement growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback.
  • To identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • To conceptualize and execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of liability management, Forex, trade, client relationships, delinquency management, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Professional certification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) is preferred.
