
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities within the lubricants market.
- You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets for lubricant products in assigned territories.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business administration.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
