Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to lead end-to-end coordination between our organization and clients. This role focuses on driving brand strategy, content marketing, revenue growth through new admissions, and impactful marketing results.

Job Description:

This specialist will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services. They will manage client expectations and organize regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.

The Key Account Growth Specialist will oversee the execution of brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives. They will coordinate brand designs, website/landing pages, SEO, and content marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Coordination & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Execution of Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives.
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Collaborate with clients to define and refine brand positioning.
  • Revenue Growth & New Admissions: Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to clients, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or in client servicing, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex client requirements and deliver results.
