Business Content Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Business Content Specialist to collaborate with our team in Varanasi. As a Business Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and coherence of our business content.

Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and proofreading articles and reports for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style adherence. You will also be responsible for verifying facts, dates, statistics, and other information in the content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with editors and other team members to enhance the quality and coherence of the content. You will conduct research when necessary to fact-check and validate the information in the content, and ensure that all content meets our publication's standards for ethical journalism.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a consistent editorial style and tone across multiple articles or sections, and collaborating with designers to ensure the visual presentation of the content is engaging and appealing.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's/PG/Master's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent command of the English language, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Knowledge and ability to write/edit business copies. Knowledge of business terminology. Strong editing, proofreading, and fact-checking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Able to adjust to a tight, well-defined editorial style & tone of voice. Technically savvy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using editing tools and software. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus. Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and content management systems is an advantage.
