About This Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the development and management of subject matter expertise within our organization.

  • Develops high-quality assessment items for various subjects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective content for multiple-choice questions in general knowledge and current affairs.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members on question bank management, structuring, designing, and setting quality standards.
  • Manages inventory levels and ensures optimal item availability in assigned domains/subjects.
  • Defines selection criteria and strategies for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), monitors their performance, and coordinates test development activities.
  • Designs tests in subjects of expertise and collaborates with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Analyzes post-exam data, reports to higher management, and ensures quality control across all aspects of the project.
Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of the country's education system and relevant boards.
  • Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, including test design/blueprints and question development.
  • Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
