Senior Web Content Developer

About the Role

You will lead a team of experts in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM. Your primary objective will be to provide technical leadership and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business needs and propose scalable solutions.
  • Design solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions, client demos, create POCs, and mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services, and Apache Sling.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate, and OSGi (Apache Felix).
