
Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, while driving business growth through targeted outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with direct clients and channel partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present project information to clients, conduct walkthroughs, and briefings
- Deliver training sessions to channel partners to enhance product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales processes
- Represent the organization professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presenting to clients, engaging in discussions, and leading training sessions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable
