Our team is seeking a skilled Business Expansion Specialist to lead the growth of our business in designated regions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients. This role involves account management, business growth & expansion, onboarding new colleges and universities, training & development, and performance tracking & reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage the B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
- Business Growth & Expansion: Take ownership of growth in your designated region (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.).
- Onboarding New Colleges and Universities: Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions.
- Training & Development: Provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
