Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our presence in new markets through strategic partnerships with schools, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, fostering long-term relationships based on a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance school growth through targeted parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our objectives, guaranteeing seamless transitions to our Key Account team.
  • Maintain timely collections, track key performance metrics, and provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
  • Significant background in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagements is essential.
  • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated territories or zones.
