Job Opportunity:

International Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our international expansion efforts. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of clients' propositions and geographies.

Your primary objective will be to manage the complete investment promotion project of various geographies and conduct evaluation meetings with Indian companies and conglomerates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with overseas companies and consultants via various modes of communication to understand their expansion plans.
  • Identify opportunities for our clients and present their geographies as potential business locations.
  • Analyze and formulate reports from gathered data and information.
  • Engage with clients, manage delegation visits, client visits, virtual webinars, and investors road shows.
  • Write proposals, business plans, and analysis.
  • Set up meetings with CXO level executives of qualified companies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on research findings and trends on cross-border investments and Foreign Direct Investments (FDI).
  • Interact with overseas clients and provide regular updates through the project.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on clients' geographies and propositions to international companies.
  • Manage junior team members and mentor them through the process.
  • Author reports containing actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years in Trade promotion bodies/Expert Network/Trade & Investment Promotion/Investment Attraction/SME-Corporate Banking/Economic Development/Market Entry with experience in business development and handling overseas clients.
  • Strong industry expertise and networks with experience of business development preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English is must.
  • Understanding of Market Entry, Cross-Border Investments, Internationalization via International market expansion.
  • Experience of New Business Development and Client Handling.
