Growth Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments, contributing to the organization's expansion.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments (universities, corporates, consulting clients), identifying new opportunities.
  • Spearhead pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation to boost business performance.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate & institutional partners for the company, fostering strategic relationships.
  • Work on proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential B2B opportunities, informing business decisions.
  • Guarantee a seamless student enrollment experience, driving high conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with clients to leverage cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, maximizing revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold an MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI, showcasing academic excellence.
  • Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience are preferred, providing a fresh perspective.
  • Prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting will be an advantage, demonstrating relevant skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills, along with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset, are required for success in this role.
