Job Title: Business Finance Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to drive our financial growth across Asia, achieving robust revenue expansion with sustainable profit margins.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets. They should have a deep understanding of multi-channel retail and cross-border operations in Asia, as well as proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the financial strategy to scale our brands into market-leading positions across Asia, driving revenue growth while maintaining sustainable profit margins.

  2. Utilize our platform – combining local market expertise, advanced technology, and a strong supply chain – to unlock expansion into new markets, contributing to our vision of taking our brands 'from anywhere to everywhere' in the world.

  3. Deploy AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products, accelerating product launch cycles and long-term growth.

  4. Establish solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches (0→1) and scaling of existing lines (1→10), ensuring disciplined capital allocation, risk management, and governance throughout growth stages.

Requirements

Fundamental Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of finance experience (business finance), including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.

  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (online/offline) and cross-border operations in Asia (India, GCC, SEA), with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances.

  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages (0→1 launch and 1→10 growth) – set up financial frameworks for new ventures and led expansions that scaled revenue while improving profitability.

  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement.

  • Expertise in financial planning & analysis and margin management (pricing strategy, cost control, unit economics) for consumer products, including managing inventory turns and markdowns to protect profitability.

  • Data-driven and tech-savvy – experienced in leveraging modern tools (BI systems, automation, AI) for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support to enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.
