Key Leadership Role for Operational Excellence

The Asset Reconstruction Company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead its end-to-end operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Effectiveness: Oversee and enhance overall operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution of business functions.
  • Process Improvement: Define, implement, and improve process flows for ARC operations, aligning with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Evaluate and report on transaction status, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Technology Strategy: Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Culture Development: Oversee the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Management: Supervise the Finance function, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Governance: Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to ARC/NBFC/Banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
