Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Expansion Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the city's geography, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Feasibility
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Mumbai's micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
  • Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
  • Supply Acquisition & Execution
  • Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels (1P, 2P, 3P models).
  • Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of P&L.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • On-Ground Insights & Engagement
  • Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
  • Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
  • Assure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management (Mumbai market exposure is a must).
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
