Role Summary

The Business Head will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end pipeline management, discovery and demos, mentorship, pilot management, contract negotiation, implementation, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth">
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure maximum conversions">
  • Lead discovery calls and conduct compelling product demos to prospective clients">
  • Mentor and coach junior AEs to improve their performance and close large ACV customers">
  • Manage pilots and demonstrate Humantic's value to prospects">
  • Negotiate contracts and win deals by highlighting the benefits of our product compared to legacy vendors">
  • Work with teams to manage implementations and ensure seamless go-live experiences">
  • Exceed sales quotas and consistently beat targets">
  • Instill best-in-class CRM hygiene for improved pipeline visibility">
  • Advocate for customer needs in discussions with teams to drive product improvement">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers">
  • Previous experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise customers, closing deals worth $75k+ ACV, ideally $100k+">
  • Prior experience coaching/managing junior AEs is a strong plus">
  • Ability to build, manage, and motivate a team">
  • Prior success as one of the first AEs at a startup; comfortable working in a fast-paced, early stage startup environment">
  • Track record of consistently beating sales quotas">
  • Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; thrives under uncertainty">
  • Strong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long sales cycle and pilot-heavy nature of deals">
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC)">
