Business Development Lead Position Overview

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise customers in North America.

  • Sales Responsibilities:

Own the complete sales process: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing.

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations for proposal, sales, and operations leaders.

Outbound Outreach:

Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy and go-to-market execution.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • sales experience. 3-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, targeting US/Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • dealing with prospects. Proven track record of closing outbound deals and achieving quota.
  • communication skills. Strong communication and presentation skills; leading demos and handling objections.
  • tech familiarity. Familiarity with proposal software, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions is preferred.
  • flexibility. Comfortable working independently during US business hours from India.

It is essential to have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills to succeed in this position.
