Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned business professional to drive growth and expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, specifically security and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align closely with our sales team to introduce innovative solutions to customers in the region.
- Develop and implement strategies for overall growth and pipeline development in the region.
- Build and leverage partner ecosystems effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop managed services partners in the region for offering Wi-Fi-as-a-Service.
- Establish strong relationships with telecom and cloud service providers to drive business growth.
- Provide thought leadership in delivering end-to-end solutions for customers' digital transformation journeys.
- Effectively cross-sell and up-sell multiple solution stacks to drive revenue growth.
- Stay vigilant about competitor offerings and proactively engage in large RFPs and customer engagements.
- Develop a calendarized activity plan with key partners in the region and conduct regular cadence discussions.
- Provide periodic sales training sessions with partner stakeholders and update them on new functionalities and wins.
- Engage with existing and new Wi-Fi customers to gather case studies and testimonials.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- MBA or graduate degree from a reputable institution.
- Good experience in selling networking and security solutions.
- Ability to understand customer expectations and position solutions highlighting business benefits.
- Responsible for regional Wi-Fi pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong connections with partners and customers in the region.
- Working experience with service providers is an added advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Smart planner and executor of regional business plans, aligning with business leaders.
