This is a pivotal role in driving the mission of delivering excellent education to every child. The Regional Category Expert leads school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region, ensuring the successful onboarding of new schools.
- Main Responsibilities:
- The Regional Category Expert drives the expansion of LEAD's Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission.
- They act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- The Regional Category Expert supports school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- They negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the organization's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- The Regional Category Expert drives timely collections, monitors key performance metrics, and communicates progress regularly to stakeholders.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing the deal.
- Ability to travel across the territory or zone.
