Lead Product Innovation

The Head of New Product Development will spearhead our organization's product expansion strategy, combining clinical credibility with visionary growth. This senior executive will define and execute a global roadmap for new product development and market entry, driving commercial success through innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan for global new product development, aligning with organizational goals.
    • Provide regular updates to the Board on innovation milestones, brand performance, and commercialization progress.
  • Product Innovation & Market Fit:
    • Oversee the research, formulation, clinical validation, and production of novel health and beauty products, ensuring strong market resonance.
    • Bridge scientific expertise with consumer needs to drive market-leading products.
  • Brand Development & Global Marketing:
    • Lead the development of brand strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans across product categories.
    • Drive high-profile global product launches and partnerships with major industry players, amplifying reach and reputation.
    • Maintain alignment with luxury brand standards, building trust with consumers.
  • Commercialization & Distribution:
    • Establish international distribution networks and channels, expanding our global footprint.
    • Foster relationships with influencer networks, industry KOLs, and strategic partners to enhance our presence.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Leadership:
    • E nsure all products meet regulatory requirements in key markets, including FDA (US), Health Canada, EMA (Europe), and GCC/MENA authorities.
    • Oversee safety, efficacy, and documentation for global product compliance, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership & Culture:
    • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team in NPD, marketing, and commercialization, fostering excellence and collaboration.
    • Cultivate a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, and exceptional customer service.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent) in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience in product development and brand growth, particularly within beauty, health, or consumer goods sectors.
      • Proven success in launching global products and managing cross-border regulatory pathways, driving commercial success.
      • Deep understanding of North American and MENA markets, with a track record of achieving business objectives.
    • Leadership & Cultural Fit:
      • Demonstrated Board-level communication and reporting experience, with a strong ability to present complex information clearly.
      • A history of building elite cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration and excellence.
      • International travel readiness (approx. 50%), with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
      • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and cultural fluency skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholders and environments.
