Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within your designated zone. You will develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will set and achieve sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of educational centers, ensuring seamless execution and productivity. This includes managing center heads and their teams, conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities. You will lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments and drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Additionally, you will analyze financial reports, ensure profitability by implementing cost-saving initiatives where required, and track center-wise performance metrics to align resources for optimum utilization.

Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across centers is crucial, as is addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Regularly collecting and analyzing customer feedback will enable you to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.

Finally, you will prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
