We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition for our US IT division.
Job Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans.
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team.
- 8–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong existing relationships with ability to generate immediate business.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
