Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment efforts and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This key role will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, collaborating with business leaders to craft effective hiring plans and meet manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business heads and hiring managers to design tailored hiring plans and stay informed about evolving manpower needs.
  • Source top talent through a range of channels, such as job boards, referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions, review resumes, conduct thorough HR assessments, and coordinate interviews with business teams.
  • Negotiate salaries, manage offer roll-outs, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership visibility.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline development for critical positions.
  • Drive mid- and senior-level recruitment efforts, including PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment.
  • Engage proactively in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Hold an MBA or equivalent graduate degree, coupled with 5-8 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in languages: English, Kannada (Compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
  • Have hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Display exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines.
