Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, developing sales pipelines, and delivering revenue goals.

  1. Work closely with management to define sales strategies and engage targets to build awareness and identify opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and problem-solving.
  3. Research and present customized staffing solutions to new clients, leveraging your consultative sales approach.
  4. Penetrate new markets through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key decision-makers and senior executives.
  5. Manage directly all aspects of the sales process with minimal need for supervision.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment, preferably in technology, banking, and financial services areas.
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent customer service skills.
