About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Global Staffing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in global workforce deployments across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong bench and vendor network for high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage the consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as time-to-fill improvements, utilization rates, and redeployment success rates.
