Job Title: Remote Business Development Manager for IT Staffing Opportunities

About the Role:
This is a full-time, performance-driven position for an experienced professional in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition. As a remote business development manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT companies.
  • Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
  • Participate in regular sync-ups with the leadership team.

Requirements:

We're looking for proven sales professionals with:

4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition

Strong network in IT companies

Clear understanding of remote developer hiring

Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycle
