Strategic Workforce Management Professional

As a seasoned Workforce Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our organization's staffing levels to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in workforce planning, capacity management, forecasting, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Workforce Strategies: Create and execute efficient workforce management plans to ensure optimal staffing levels across business units.
  • Real-time Adherence and Shrinkage Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time adherence, shrinkage, and service levels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams: Partner with operations teams to provide actionable insights on performance and resource utilization, driving efficiency through data-driven decisions.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze trends, create reports, and recommend strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Process Compliance and Automation: Ensure compliance with workforce management processes and best practices while driving automation and process improvements in WFM systems and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management within a BPO / shared services / large-scale operations environment.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead process improvements.
