Job Title: Data Leadership Specialist

 

  • Prioritize Strategic Initiatives: Leverage business acumen to rank client engagements based on their strategic value, urgency, and importance.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation: Ensure that necessary resources (e.g., personnel, technology) are allocated efficiently across the portfolio to drive maximum impact.
  • Drive Performance Metrics and Analysis: Utilize effective KPIs to measure the success and impact of projects within the portfolio.
  • Enhance Resource Utilization: Monitor resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Regularly review the status of ongoing projects to ensure they remain on track with their timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Generate Strategic Reports: Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks that could impact the portfolio, such as resource constraints, technical challenges, or market changes. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project execution.
  • Engage Stakeholders Effectively: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders are informed about project statuses, potential risks, and any changes to the portfolio.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Comply with contractual obligations.
  • Accord Priority: Prioritize financial planning analysis and budgeting aspects at the project/portfolio level, forward-looking planning on revenue projections, staffing capacity, and review the same periodically with key internal stakeholders.
  • Review Delivery Teams' Performance: Regularly take stock of delivery teams' performance scorecards and ensure best practices and standards are implemented and followed across services.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in data and analytics, with expertise in data management, cloud data migrations, data quality and governance, data engineering, ETL/ELT, data ops, BI and analytics, data science and machine learning, or AI/gen AI.
