We're seeking a Data-Driven Insights Professional to lead our patient analytics initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing claims data to provide strategic insights on patient journeys, adherence trends, and segmentation.

You will develop Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support decision-making and act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

In this role, you'll also mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management.
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
