Job Title: Operations Associate (Australia Region)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading conversion, customer interaction, market expertise, follow-up, collaboration, and data management.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English, strong active listening skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, and proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

In addition, the candidate should have familiarity with CRM tools or similar software and prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.

The role involves working closely with the Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Build knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up:
    • Maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with Marketing and Supply teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately record and manage customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
